There is an underlying force of energy, which is in effect THE energy of universe, yet it is not considered or factored into the equation, in relation to new energy, free energy or zero point energy....Why Not?

An electromagnetic response is not energy but merely a potential of resistance determined by a dynamic differential in the underlying energy of universe.  Any such differential in energy will produce an electromagnetic response.</description>
