The aether appears to be a substance that permeates everything and also IS everything.
The green people are doing their part in helping to preserve our aether. But we must do more.
This tracing of a spark with no battery is like the Casimir effect where there is push and pull but no power source. No apparent power source. There are three thousand or more years where this civilized planet believed there was an aether. The Michelson-Morley experiment of 1848 proved there was no aether to be found. Science dimissed the aether until quantum got the better of Einstein and in 1926 he admitted that there must be an aether, for the universe as we know it could not carry on.

The measurement of persistent energy is a milestone and suggests the opening of new frontiers in understanding.
Without persistent energy there would be no physical universe.
