What happens when they fracture bedrock to capture the energy released? Earthquakes.
Fracturing of bedrock for geothermal energy looks like an extremely risky option in the search for renewable energy. Compared to this, gravity control is a pussycat. No shake rattle and roll.
Just smooth focus. See more at www.gravitycontrol.org

I can understand the concern of the local residents, this is scary stuff alright.
When you drill a deep hole into the earth, a couple of miles deep, you extend the external dynamics inward which disturbs the balance of energy and resistance associated with the geological structure involved.
But when you add pressurized water intended to break rock deep underground you are simply adding to the instability of the structure.
Extracting heat also adds to the instability of the structure with the end result being tremors and quakes.
To suggest you can do what is proposed without causing tremors and quakes is not exactly honest or accurate.
The most amazing part of all this is the amount of money being put up to further the project without adequate knowledge of the earth’s structure or the dynamics affecting the earth’s structure.
It is very much like attempting to shoot ducks in the dark, you just might shoot something other than a duck.
