		<description>This strikes me as something you might expect from a dumber and dumber movie.

I mean talk about high tech.....whoa, we just crash a rocket into that sucker and make a big hole, which we expect to magically fill with water or at least fill with suspect water or is it phantom water.

Then we expect our future moon based crew to drink this stuff and wash in it....how quaint.

Unfortunately we are not going to tell this crew that there might be a wee problem with this lunar water, as we deleted the original test results from lunar samples during the early 70s.

This blasting a crater in the moon is quite nuts and not very ecologically friendly or even neighborly.

But to suggest the possible use of this water for the residents of a future moon base is just plain irresponsible and deceptive.</description>
