Here we are in the year 2009, at least that’s what the calendar on the wall tells me.
But there is something more to this, which we seldom consider and that is the validity of something as commonly accepted as one year, ten years, a hundred years, a thousand years, a million years or a billion years.
A year is measured in terms of one complete anual cycle…once around the sun equals one year.
But our planet earth is not the only planetary body circling the sun and a year is different for each and every one of them.
Of course this counting the years is helpful and somewhat convenient for those involved in the various aspects of business, but how did it get stirred into the scientific mix of things?
Just how scientific is it to refer to thousands of years, millions of years or billions of years?
We have this perception of the earth’s age, the age of the universe and the age of man etc.
But does it have any real meaning?
We assume time to be arranged in a uniform sequence of linear durations, but there is no evidence to support such an idea.
Such an assumption does appear both rational and logical, but is it?
I don’t believe it is, because time is continually changing in value if for no other reason than the dynamic nature of universe.
In physics we find that both past and future exist simultaneously with something we call the present stuck in the middle, but even the present moment is somewhat uncertain as there is no absolute present moment by which to distinguish past from future.
If the past and future exist simultaneously, there is no linear sequence of time extending back into the past or ahead into the future, as all time exists at the same time.
Yet, we find it necessary to ignore this annoying fact and count the years gone by and the years still to come.
Where we really fall off the rails is when we use this process of accounting to determine the age and size of universe.
In this respect we employ astronomical units or light years to express the age and size of universe, both of which are based on the assumed accuracy of our accounting.
We even have astronomers suggesting it possible to observe the early history of the universe through the Hubble, as though time remained uniform from one end of the universe to the other and distance was of little consequence.
I can see the past says the astronomer…as it took billions of years for the light of these distant galaxies to reach the lens of the Hubble.
Say what?
If the past and future exist simultaneously how should it be possible to look through a telescope and see a past condition of universe?
In reality we are viewing a simultaneous condition of universe remaining relative to the Hubble and that view involves both past and future conditions associated with those bodies observed in space.
So what exactly is going on here?
We are being sold an invalid bill of goods, a bogus perception void of scientific meaning.
The universe is dynamic and in a constant state of change, which includes time, space and motion.
And up until quite recently science was certain that the expansion of universe was slowing down, but now realizes that the rate of expansion is accelerating.
Since then it has been stated;…the rate of expansion was slowing prior to 5 billion years ago. Of course no one can explain why this sudden change occurred 5 billion years ago, but that’s the story.
Why anyone would think the expansion of universe would be slowing is beyond me, as it seems quite clear that the rate of expansion should be accelerating.
And when you consider the fact that there are distant galaxies expanding at close to the apparent speed of light you have to wonder how anyone could seriously consider it possible for the speed of light to be a governing factor in determining the size and age of universe.
Perhaps the whole purpose of the exercise is to assure a lot of stupid people that they are indeed quite brilliant…if only because they can in fact see the emperors new clothes.
The numbers don’t lie…of course they don’t…that’s what makes the myth so convincing.
But keep in mind…we invented the numbers, we invented the terms of reference, we invented the concepts of accounting and in the process created the myth of math.
This ‘new’ oil discovery on the soil of the USA does not mean we’re out of the pickle we’re in. It simply means that all the oil wars can stop, maybe, the ones instigated by America. These new oil reserves in America apparently have been known since 1995 but have been ignored so that America might continue its role as world police. American people are as nice as any people in the world but the US government in the previous eight years have managed to instigate a hatred for America which is regarded as the bully world police force. The speed of light is a measure taken over a gap of one meter in length (in a vacuum). It is commonly believed that during 1/299,792,458 ths of a second the light travels a distance of one meter.
This measurement is then converted to meters per second and we are told that the exact speed of light is 299,792,458 meters per second.
However, this is not the speed of light as described above as it requires the light, (photons), to be in motion much like a train or bus.
What is measured is a time gap or a differential in time as determined by a linear measure of time, which does not require the light to be in physical motion itself in order for the measurement to remain valid and somewhat accurate.
What is required is the lapse of time as determined to be 1/299,792,458 ths of a second.
This means that within the localized condition of the vacuum chamber the observed reflection of light requires a lapse of 1/299,792,458 ths of a second over one meter.
What can be concluded from this is that a differential in time is required for any reaction or effect to be observed or recorded, but it no way indicates the actual physical motion of light from here to there or from here to there and back to here etc.
Light is a field effect just as an electromagnetic wave is a field effect and as it happens the propagation of an electromagnetic wave in a vacuum is also found to involve a time differential of 1/299,792,458 ths of a second over one meter.
Where this gets completely out of control is when we make the assumption that the speed of light is universal and then assume that the constancy of light speed can be extended over millions and or billions of years allowing for light years to be applied in determining the age and size of the universe.
All this despite the dynamic nature of universe.
This measure of a time differential is limited to a single unified field system corresponding to the condition of universe remaining relative to our planet earth.
Using the same vacuum chamber on the moon or mars would give us a different time differential. On the moon we would measure an even shorter time differential.
As time itself slows with distance from the planet we would find that close to the outer boundary of the visible universe time had all but come to a complete stop.
This would indicate that our existing measure of light reflection would be extremely slow at this distance, so slow that it would appear that the measuring process would not be completed in a single life time.
And if light itself is not in motion in the manner of a train or bus, what exactly are we talking about when we refer to the constancy of light speed over millions or billions of years? Nothing of any real value it would seem.
We have made the assumption that the light of distant star systems and galaxies take time to travel through space to reach us in order to be visible. Yet we view these distant stars and galaxies at a distance.
Of course we do, because we are viewing a simultaneous condition of universe remaining relative to our planet earth. The universe is a field condition, a relative field condition to be exact and what we view is a field of frequencies of various values.
This is why a telescope is required to view distant galaxies as the telescope extends our view of the field condition.
Light has no linear speed limit because it is not itself in physical motion as is a train or a bus etc.
Keep in mind that the dynamic expansion of universe is a field response remaining relative to our planet earth which corresponds to the high (dynamic) energy level focused to the core of our planet.
Our perception of billions of light years is based on flawed assumptions, as there are no billions of years. We created the whole thing on the basis of one man believing the universe to be existing in a static state.
The worst blunder of his career he is quoted as saying. Why then have we continued to hold to a static state, as only a static state of universe would allow for the constancy of light speed over millions or billions of years if in fact light had a speed and there were billions of years available to count.
We have been stuck on this problem for far too long, it’s time to get over it and move on.

The project to acquire the Stan Meyer technical legacy is moving forward. Stan was perhaps the foremost inventor working with water-fuel technologies. From the 1980′s forward he was widely publicized for being able to run an automobile using only water as fuel. He achieved this by first fractionating the water into a mix of hydrogen and oxygen gas and then feeding this to the engine.
In 1998 Stan died suddenly, his work cut short. While many have tried to follow in Stan’s footsteps, none have been able to reproduce his extraordinary results. For ten years it appeared his work was lost.
WHAT HAS HAPPENED…
In late 2007, The Orion Project was contacted. We were told that much of Stan’s original lab equipment, notebooks, computer records, and his infamous dune buggy had been held in storage.
In January 2008, Dr. Ted Loder went for a whirlwind visit to confirm that Stan’s “stuff” had apparently been held in storage for over a decade. Yes, indeed it had!
For the next 11 months TOP was in a competitive bidding process with interested parties from around the world. TOP also validated that the current owners of the technology were the legal, rightful heirs to the property.
In December, 2008 TOP ultimately succeeded in offering the winning bid to acquire Stan’s technology.
Since that time several colleagues who worked with Stan also found us. Some warned that within hours of Stan’s death, the most vital technical information had been “sanitized” – permanently confiscated and removed.
During all this time, the technology was held in secure storage in an undisclosed location.
CRITICAL NEXT STEP…
TOP has just arranged for a detailed assessment visit to review and evaluate the integrity of Stan’s technology. We have assembled a team of Stan’s former colleagues who worked directly with him over the years. Within the next 60 days, our team will make a 3-day visit to examine Stan’s notes, lab equipment, computer records, and the dune buggy itself. Our mission for this trip is to determine if this important body of work remains intact or not.
If so, TOP will complete legal steps to finalize the agreement and move the items to a safe storage area.
If his technology has been “sanitized” – as validated by knowledgeable colleagues who worked directly with Stan – this represents an intentional act to suppress vitally important technology that could transform our world for the better. In either case, important news will emerge from this visit.
If our team determines the technology is intact and we take possession of it, immediately then, our two primary objectives will be:
Assemble a team of competent researchers skilled enough to work with the sophisticated technology Stan had developed. Stan’s technology has potential to power automobiles on water as the only fuel. Additionally, it might be applied for free-standing power generators, or many other applications to replace carbon based fuels. It involved very sophisticated electronics and mechanical systems.
Raise further funds to carry out this critically important research: Because “Brown’s Gas” ( the fuel mixture that Stan’s technology creates ) is highly explosive, a proper lab facility must be created to even begin the work. A proper staff must also be assembled and employed. Of course, all this takes funds.
So, our next step is to visit Stan’s technology with a skilled team and assess its integrity. We will issue a follow-up report following this visit. Please stay tuned!!

Interestingly, Stan Meyer was not the only water car enthusiast to meet an untimely death. There was also Eugene Mallove and another water car enthusiast in Australia who died mysteriously. When you look back in history there are many strange incidents involving systems that didn’t involve internal combustion. The most famous name is probably Nikola Tesla who is the father of electricity as we use it today. When JP Morgan, Tesla’s backer, found out that the towers Tesla was building for radio, tv and private communications on a global scale also included free energy for everyone on the planet, he pulled the plug on funding. Although some claim that Nikola Tesla died of strange circumstances too, I believe it was from old age and a broken heart. As soon as he was declared dead in his hotel room, agents moved in and removed all of Tesla’s papers.
For Tesla, Mallove and so many more, and Meyer, The Orion Project offers hope that fewer people will get bumped off.
It is amazing that we appear to live in this enlightened society where war is bad and the good follow the path of peace. Let’s face it, my country right or wrong, is just wrong. If you believe
‘my country right or wrong’ then you believe that nothing is out of bounds and there are no rules. This is the attitude of the world today. Somewhere between the early 1900′s and now, we have lost the moral clause of simply being right and correct and proper and whoever is wrong admits it and apologizes.
Two out of the three names above and perhaps three indicate a situation beyond coincidence.
What is this force that wants to impede the flourishing of mankind? That the competition has to lower itself to resort to elimination of the new idea, the new thing and the people behind it, well, that’s just not in the rule book of the game of life, or more to the point, it shouldn’t be.
Killing off the competition is not exactly sporting.
What if patent offices worldwide had a free energy department, a separate avenue where if your device were a free energy device it would go to that department. In America that would free up about five thousand free energy type patents that have been stopped at the border of patents.
The patent offices are not to blame. They have been given directives to disallow anything that smacks of free energy or/and perpetual motion. You might say that’s classified and perhaps a big secret. But surely there are many periphery inventions that might be granted a patent which might help the big secret to become known.
This bottleneck could be circumnavigated in a moment with the creation of The Patent Office Free Energy Department. Free Energy Patent? This way please. At this juncture you meet some likeminded guys who know if you’re a dufus or the real thing.
This would not only solve the problem of all the patents that have either been rejected or classified, well, maybe not classified, we have a long way to go there, but at least it would open up what is now an avalanche of ideas. And some of them work, like the Watson Magnet Motor. Not free energy? Well, close.
