US Republican Promotes Nuclear As Green
April 26th, 2009 — Uncategorized
Senator Lamar Alexander, Republican, Tennessee, looks to France and notes their lowest carbon emissions because of 70% nuclear.
Years ago I interviewed Lamar Alexander, then governor of Tennessee, and he seemed like a nice man. No doubt he still is. But he’s deluded if he thinks nuclear power will save the world. That stuff is old hat and clearly shows what one small accident can cause, such as Three Mile Island. Or, more graphically, Chernobyl.
Question to Sir Richard Branson
April 25th, 2009 — Uncategorized
The following question to Digg.com for Sir Richard Branson was posted by one of our GC guys using the handle, scifimax: SciFiMax asks Branson
Mr. Branson
You are one of maybe 3 or 4 people in the world to make a difference on a particular matter.
Although it would have a devastating impact on the airline business, which might be the single biggest contributor to our environmental crisis, would you change your business plan and abandon the combustion engine (or the jet engine in this case) if you knew that you could make what might be the biggest difference to our planet’s future?
I am speaking of project unity athttp://www.gravitycontrol.org/projectunity.html.
It could very well make our current transportation technology obsolete.
The problem lies in funding the Proof of Principle.
The website offers the details and is not interested in profit, just development, and provides information openly. If anyone were to take it on, consultation available if needed. The main goal here is change. large automakers are the obvious choice, but would never touch this. Why kill their cash cow and a billion dollar service & support industry?
It comes down to R&D dollars. You could actually make change. Please have your people look at this.
Hybrids in the auto sector are a band aid solution.
We can’t continue down this path.
Thanks for listening.
Celebrate Earth Day & Save a Planet
April 21st, 2009 — Uncategorized
If you consider yourself slightly green or even slightly human you are missing something if you have not read PLAN B 3.0 by Lester Brown.
Lester has a Plan and his plan is to fix all the broken parts and replace all the worn parts.
You want renewable energy…Lester has the answers…solar power, enough to power the planet 50 times over.
No need for big oil, no need for nukes, coal fired generators, or gas fired turbines…..none of it.
All that is required is the motivation to make it happen and it will happen.
Unfortunately we in America are falling behind as others take the lead in the renewable energy market.
Earth day is the perfect time to celebrate a brighter tomorrow….it can be done, no question about it.
First thing you need to do is read Brown’s PLAN B 3.0, he really has answers.
Earth Day

Earth Day is here!
Time to check the gravity. Still the same? Not so sure? Don’t worry, there is no gravity. The earth sucks. Joking! Although there is argument whether the planet pulls us down to the surface or whether it’s a push from somewhere else.
Earth Day. A day to celebrate the earth our mother planet.
To all the green guys, you’re helping to clear the air.
To all the free energy workers, they won’t block you much longer.
To all the people, animals insects and fishes and plants all over the world,
Happy Earth Day
Let’s make it a good one. Who in the first place thought a war was a good idea anyway?
Let’s wish Earth health, happiness, peace and prosperity.
And many more millennia of Earth Days.
