I’ve heard a similar idea, based on the Zero Point Energy phenomenon, but it was called Over Unity Energy.
Based in layman’s terms on the phenomenon that if two metal plates are placed very close together (nanometres or less) they attract because the universe pushes them together. This attraction force which appears to come from nowhere can be harnessed as an unlimited, clean energy source.
