Based on Viktor Schauberger’s work, his implosion vortex method of propulsion. The idea is to spin up a tornado of air (or mercury?) in its own container. When the spin reaches a certain velocity the vortex maintains itself. This force can then be nozzled like a rocket as a propulsion system that requires no fuel of any kind. This aether or zero point system is another way to tap the underlying force.
