Hydrogen seems to be the topic of the day and has been for some years now.

The idea of the Ballard hydrogen power cell was to provide electrical power for whatever and wherever it might be required.

When I first approached Dr. Ballard with the idea of doing the same thing without the hydrogen, a fuel-less system, he was interested, but as it turned out others in the company were not so no further discussion took place.

But, if it had some degree of progress may have occurred, as all that is required is the willingness and commitment to perform the necessary research and development.
